Matchmade is an end-to-end platform that uses sophisticated data-analysis to match products with the most relevant creators based on their audience at scale. For creators, we offer an easy way to find sponsored deals for products their audience will enjoy.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at the Berlin or Helsinki office. As a Growth Marketing Manager at Matchmade, you will be responsible for driving user (creator) growth and engagement on the platform.

Your key responsibility is to develop and implement data-driven activities with a key focus on user acquisition, as well as plan and execute initiatives and programs that will directly support our user growth. You are expected to identify new and innovative ideas and initiatives, and should be efficient at quickly evaluating the results.

You will report to the Director of Creator Operations and also work on cross-functional projects together with community, sales and marketing representatives.

Problems you’ll be solving

  • Identifying the key touchpoints for user acquisition
  • Figuring out how to increase our conversion rate 
  • Determining best practices and processes for constant user growth

Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Analysing the user conversion funnel, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies.
  • Developing new channels to drive user growth.
  • Exploring new channels and growth hacking methods to accelerate user growth as well as evaluating best practices for user acquisition.
  • Continuously running A/B tests and developing insights to ensure that we are moving towards the right direction and making business decisions based on actual data.


Here’s what you’ll bring:

  • You are a self-starter and enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • You are able to quickly form a hypothesis and know how to run relevant tests in order to prove / disprove that theory.
  • You are a data-driven and highly analytical thinker with the capacity to prioritize workload.
  • You are interested in user growth and acquisition, constantly keeping yourself up to date with new trends and looking for new ideas and concepts to try out.
  • You have an understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and are able to apply these in practice.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Basic CSS knowledge as well as previous experience in the creator and / or mobile gaming industry is a plus.
