The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for an EMEA Channel Marketing Manager to join our Partners and Alliances Marketing team in the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. Our partner ecosystem is vital to Red Hat’s continued success. In this role, you will lead the partner marketing strategy for our regional solutions providers and distributors. You will also manage and coordinate our market development funds (MDF) across EMEA. You’ll focus on working closely with our regional marketing teams to develop and implement strategic demand generation campaigns for our solutions providers and distributors in order to generate new pipeline and help them close business opportunities. As an EMEA Channel Marketing Manager, you will use clearly defined success metrics and data visualization tools to plan and achieve our ROI targets. Analyzing and tracking the performance of your campaigns will allow you to see how your work directly contributes to the success of Red Hat in EMEA. As part of this team, you will work in a diverse and open environment with other Marketing experts where the best ideas count. Successful applicants must reside in a country where Red Hat is registered to do business.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver innovative partner-led campaigns, including digital as well as traditional marketing elements, that support the business needs of our solutions provider and distributors in EMEA
  • Create campaign kits that focus on partner needs and manage their distribution, communication, and tracking
  • Design creative, data-driven marketing experiments to test channels, processes, and messages to identify the most effective way to support our partners and regional marketing teams
  • Build new references and case studies, specifically with regional solutions providers
  • Manage global and regional stakeholder relationships and expectations and collaborate with partner and field sales teams, regional demand centers, and marketing operations teams
  • Support our solutions providers with marketing skills and plan implementation support
  • Be responsible for the Red Hat MDF program and budget in EMEA, guide the region-wide management system, set ROI targets and measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions to invest with the right partners and distributors for success
  • Guide close alignment with our regional marketing teams and serve as the contact person for all field marketing requests related to the Red Hat MDF program

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience working in a related field; partner marketing experience is key
  • Working knowledge of partner marketing fund-type programs, budget management, and ROI
  • Creative thinker and problem-solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Solid knowledge of creating online, digital, and live marketing campaigns to grow demand through partners
  • Experience working with agencies on campaign development
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to create a process to track and report on partner campaign performance metrics as well as revenue influence and ROI
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team; flexibility, ability to work on your own, and a desire to make things happen
  • Excellent stakeholder management to succeed in a highly complex organizational environment
  • Passion for working within multicultural and diverse environment
  • Fluent language skills in English; second European language is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Experience with MDF marketing programs is a big plus
