  • Support clients to set up online marketing channels that allow them to scale the success of their projects with us
  • Work with the project team to define marketing-relevant tasks and backlogs and own them under the direction of our Growth Marketing Manager
  • Take charge of reporting and optimization within accounts
  • Join in internal marketing activities and steer outbound marketing activities across LinkedIn and other social media channels.
  • Support the screening of our high potential inbound leads
  • Develop and execute projects and processes for growing our internal marketing


  • \+1 year of relevant experience through holding a similar role within a marketing / digital agency, an early-stage startup or a VC/incubator fostered startup setting
  • Focus in performance marketing (LinkedIn and other channels)
  • You’ve been exposed to driving new business for a B2B business model
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills enable you to work efficiently within a consulting setting
  • Know-How of setting up lean processes and make sure that all your bases are covered through your ability to handle various priorities on different projects
  • A strong understanding of digital product building and knowledge of our market and potential clients and the curiosity to learn more about it on a daily basis
  • A data-driven mindset that helps you both build impactful campaigns and setup meticulous reporting environments
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in writing with German on a C2 level and fluency in English paired with a strong attention to detail
  • You are execution focused with a bias towards high-quality marketing
