Your mission

As Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager (m/w/d) you will be part of our German Marketing team. Together with them you will plan, execute, and manage marketing programs, to secure new leads, increase account & contact interactions, and advance existing pipeline opportunities.

  • You develop, execute, and manage account-based, multi-touch, marketing campaigns targeted at five specific enterprise accounts.
  • You understand the buyers within enterprise accounts including their buyers journey, pain points, needs, and demographics to personalize messaging and touch points along the campaign.
  • You work closely with the wider marketing and sales teams to implement and track each enterprise campaign.
  • You collaborate cross-functionally within the Marketing shared global services on campaign execution including content/design assets and digital marketing execution to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • You collaborate with the Sales team to develop and analyze data-driven campaign KPIs and track funnel movement to monitor the success of ABM campaigns.
  • You identify and pursue new ideas to optimize content, processes, data, personalization, and ABM touch-points that propel sales performance.

Your profile

  • You have at least 2 years of marketing experience working with ABM programs, preferable within the B2B enterprise software/SaaS space.
  • OR you worked at least 2 years as an account manager within an advertising agency.
  • You have a strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously .
  • You have an analytical capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting.
  • Your communication skills (in english & german) are verbally and written excellent.
  • You are a self-starter with a drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment .
  • Hubspot/CRM experience is a plus.
