Are you a growth expert who can build a great team and make a big impact on our society? German and English fluency and B2C growth success are musts. 

Tasks

  • Together with Head of Sales you own all customer acquisition as well as marketing for retention
  • You develop all growth strategies including testing and execution of the strategies.
  • You develop and drive all marketing activities and campaigns from online (including paid & organic), offline, marketing partnerships and PR. Always: Organic > Paid.
  • You own budget planning and forecasting of new customer growth across all channels.
  • You drive continuous market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
  • You develop content micro products that help prospects make the right care decisions and build trust in careship.
  • Your product lead growth strategies are an integral part of our product roadmap.
  • We build an expert team around you to help accelerate what you have started.
  • Your user insights will drive your collaboration with the product and content team. There is always a seat at the table for you when it comes to critical product decisions especially USPs.
  • You'll be reporting to CEO and represent Marketing in the management team

Requirements

  • You wake up thinking how you can make society a better place Challenges keep you moving. You are always a high performer in all your endeavors - with an unstoppable curiosity and passion for new media and all things digital. 
  • You feel as comfortable with numbers as you do with psychology and creativity.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy wearing different hats.
  • You have relevant experience in customer acquisition in all digital marketing channels (partner and offline marketing experience is a plus)
  • You are an expert in at least one channel which can accelerate Careship's growth
  • You have a deep understanding for building cross-channel, multi-touch attribution and analytics
  • You are able to translate data into strategic insights to derive new marketing programs
  • You want to be involved in the cross-functional early building process and don't shy away from expressing your opinion.
  • You feel comfortable building code/ no-code websites to test new approaches and processes.
  • You always think customer first. And have a relentless thirst to understand user needs and wants by persona and use cases.
  • You have a proven track record of execution. You have built audiences and have grown great communities in the past and are eager to walk us through your approaches.
  • You want more than just another marketing job.
