What you can achieve

• You are responsible for the conception, implementation, budgeting and optimization of performance-oriented paid social campaigns with ambitious goals. From campaign set-up to campaign optimization, you will work independently and performance-oriented.
• You are also responsible for the conception and implementation of test scenarios, their evaluation and the derivation of recommendations for action.
• In cooperation with our content production team and our digital designers, you will be responsible for the design of the advertising material and set performance-driven impulses in the creation.
• You drive the strategic development of our social media channels and provide impulses for our product portfolio.
• You are not afraid to get involved in managing big budgets.

What you bring

• You have several years of professional experience in performance marketing in the e-commerce environment (ideally B2C) with a focus on social media or display advertising.
• Performance marketing and social media are your passion and you love the dynamics especially in the e-commerce sector.
• You already have solid experience in using tools like the Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics and other tracking tools. You are also eager to learn and enjoy continuously improving your skills.
• You are characterized by a fast and highly analytical way of thinking and understanding numbers. You work in a structured and responsible manner and have a strong hands-on mentality.
• Besides French, you ideally also speak English or German - we are an international team!
