We are currently on the hunt for a Campaign Manager (f/m/d) based in Berlin.

Your Mission with us:

Leverage strategic and creative thinking to transform consumer understanding, through excellent cross-functional collaboration, in best-in-class communication campaigns, ultimately transforming Lingoda into the world’s most influential online language school.

Your typical day in this position may include:

  • Lead the development of the communication strategy and calendar of activities.
  • Lead the execution of effective online and offline campaigns delivering on the communication strategy and on the campaigns’ sales targets.
  • Prepare briefs and support 1. the creative development and execution of the creative department and 2. the digital media department, both paid and content teams.
  • Collaborate with the product team on the creation of new packages and promotional activities and with the CRM team on their communication to various audiences.
  • Assess the campaigns’ performance: at campaign level (analyze campaign’s results, define and deploy learnings to the organization) and at global level (compare campaigns, evaluate impact on total business).
  • Gather local insights to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns, deploy to local team campaigns and support their implementation at a local level.
  • Support the local team in developing local campaigns.
  • Drive process improvements related to campaign activation.
  • Lead business intelligence on competition and their communication and promotional activities.

This job may be for you if you have the following:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand and marketing management including developing and delivering successful communication campaign & associated media plans, respecting brand DNA & guidelines.
  • Strategic and creative thinking skills with the ability to turn market data and customer insights into innovative campaigns and promotions that drive brand love and sales.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize effectively, collaborate with complex and large organizations and work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent writing and oral skills: structured thinking, strong documentation practice, and experience in effective presentation of data and ideas.
  • Experience in influencing and delivering against sales metrics.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English.
  • C2+ German level would be a plus.
