Your Role:

We’re looking for a talented mid-weight Creative Content Manager with a passion for digital content. If you relish the idea of spearheading our quest to create high-performing creatives across our media channels and other platforms then this job is for you!

  • You are responsible for the storytelling, content creation & strategy planning
  • You write conversion-driven marketing copy
  • You work on conception and implementation of 360° Campaigns
  • You work on our content calendar planning and creation
  • You help organise the team workflow; prioritising, and communicating between teams
  • You research industry benchmarks
  • You analyse creative performance and relay it with the team
  • You prepare and conduct brainstorms with stakeholders, bringing ideas to life
  • You work closely with the Blinkist marketing and product design teams to maintain consistency and champion our design language and voice
  • You help us explore new storytelling formats through static and video assets
  • You create digital advertising campaigns that bring our brand to life, and drive customer acquisition on all of our acquisition channels

Your Profile:

To do this, we believe you should have 4+ years experience with a mix of brand and creative background, either in-house or agency, with experience in digital and performance marketing. To be more specific, we are looking for:

  • Strong experience in copywriting, expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts
  • Proven experience in creative strategy
  • Keen understanding of what is relevant and an eye for upcoming trends in digital marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously and prioritise appropriately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Experience utilising marketing insights to spark new ideas and iterate on creative solutions
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English
