Marketing Manager

If there is a great fit between you and Arthur, you will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will develop and lead our marketing campaigns, establish and evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

What you will do:

• You will establish marketing goals based on performance and forecasts
• You will form marketing strategies based on market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information
• You will plan and implement marketing initiatives for all media channels autonomously and with other members of our team
• You will create website content and content for other key channels
• You will approve, oversee and conduct the creative development of promotional materials and advertisements
• You will coordinate with media and external agencies/partners to ensure successful marketing and PR campaigns
• You will coordinate key output directly with the company leadership

What you bring to the table:

• You have completed studies in Marketing, Business or related field
• You have 3+ years of relevant working experience (mostly Marketing)
• You have experience with B2B Marketing and/or Software Marketing
• You have experience building up and/or leading teams
• You have experience in coordinating media and/or other stakeholders
• You have successfully launched PR/marketing campaigns and initiatives
• You have a great excitement for emerging technologies, especially VR
• You have both an analytical and creative mind
• You are highly motivated for growing a tech startup
• You are a team player
