We are looking for a dedicated director-level sales and partnerships executive to join our team and shape our sales structures

to scale revenue to the next level.

Our goals are focused on two areas of growth:

Nurturing and generating long term new business leads with European and international clients, as well as shaping and building the business model for licensing and distributing our original VOD content. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, negotiating complex deals, be highly strategic and result focused – while at the same time, as a face of our company, will transport Lure’s company culture.

relationships. You should…

  • Be successful in lead generation with larger, international brands
  • Understand our content approach and style
  • Have an understanding of content licensing
  • Expect to drive agendas yourself
  • Be highly organized, a good communicator and strong on reporting
  • Be focused on nurturing larger, long term relationships
  • Evangelize about the product to personally help close large deals
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
  • Provide full insight into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Proven track record of significant growth achievements
  • Strong negotiation experience to close contracts as well as ability to open doors
  • Develop and drive large campaigns with prospective clients including initial relationship development, business case building, deal negotiation, and closing
  • Drive strategy, decision making, revenue, and pipeline accountability through data

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of relevant sales experience including management of SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quota
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
