We are currently on the hunt for a Head of Performance/Outbound Marketing (f/m/d)based in Berlin.

Your Mission with us:

Lead the performance marketing team to deliver hyper-growth in our key markets via performance marketing channels.

Your typical day in this position may include:

  • Design and lead implementation of performance strategy by using paid channels to acquire new students.
  • Lead a team of channel experts to implement campaigns as well as manage budgets across all online channels.
  • Collaborate with Country Managers to develop our performance marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business goals.
  • Design and put in place new processes for the performance team and define a complex structure of roles and responsibilities.
  • Be responsible for the overall online marketing reporting, channel attribution, analyzing marketing effectiveness ( CAC, CLV/CAC, ROI, CLTV) and assist in the creation of reporting for key stakeholders, investors and leadership.
  • Lead rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative, incentives, and approaches for the purpose of building scalable solutions.
  • Conduct regular research to identify new marketing trends and technologies and bring new ideas to optimize the marketing mix and realize ambitious growth.
  • Develop a data-driven approach to prioritize, evaluate, and optimize marketing experiments and report key findings to the executive team on a recurring basis.
  • Collaborate with other departments to collect marketing ideas and implement new concepts.

This job may be for you if you have the following:

  • 10+ years of B2C Performance Marketing experience, demonstrable proof of delivering growth for a hyper-growth business.
  • Strong experience in identifying and removing keyword blogs to growth to deliver the strategy by sharing your vision and energize your team and gather support from the key stakeholder.
  • Data-driven personality with the ability to synthesize, analyze and interpret data (including KPI reports) and transfer into actionable steps.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technologies and media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google, etc.).
  • Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics) and the ability to analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Strong experience in leveraging customized funnels.
  • Deep understanding of a/b testing and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and innovative environment: you get bored with routine and crave for knowledge and new experience.
  • Strategic mindset and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Leadership presence; experience leading people and/or projects in complex, multi-functional environments.
  • Proactive, getting-it-done mindset - you are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • Working proficiency in English.
  • Experience in Hypergrowth environments and how to scale up a company.
