We are looking for a Content & Website Manager (m/f/d) to join our marketing team who wants to create a user-focused website as a vital component of the Coding School’s marketing activities.

Your mission:

• You contribute to our content strategy and are responsible for implementing it on our website.
• You collaborate with our content creator and designer to enhance our website and create new landing pages.
• You take over the monitoring of the website KPIs and the development of optimization measures derived from them
• You optimize the conversion on our website using Google Analytics, Mouseflow & A/B tests.
• You manage our WordPress/Elementor website keeping it performant and up to date.

YOUR STRENGTHS

You're looking for a flexible work environment in a young and dynamic team and are excited to help up-and-coming talents get started in the tech industry.

Your skills:

• You understand what it takes to set up conversion-optimized web pages.
• You know how to build responsive and user-friendly websites that consider SEO requirements.
• Deep experience with WordPress, Elementor, and analytics tools.
• A university degree in marketing or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of significant experience in the marketing environment.
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to teamwork.
• You have a quick perception, are customer-oriented, and stay on top of things even when they get busy.
• You speak fluent English.
