Co-founder (CEO, business / sales / growth)
This is a unique opportunity to join a startup with a working product, initial product-market fit, and paying customers as a non-technical co-founder.
What we’ve built is a tool for product management. What we need is help in nurturing and converting existing leads, and growing the number of new leads.
We are are small but powerful team, working remote-first from Switzerland and Estonia. In the founding team we have strong technical and product expertise. We have built our business bootstrapped and self-funded so far. What we lack is time and expertise for sales and growth, and that’s where you come in!
We are looking for a hands-on, driven person, who brings experience in at least a few of the following:
You would be in charge of increasing traction, revenue, and preparing a first investment round. On the one hand this would include defining and working the right marketing channels, following up with customers and leads, documenting customer needs, customer development. On the other preparing pitch materials and presenting to investors, accelerators etc.
What’s in it for you is a founder-type share of the business, and some bootstrapping compensation. But first and foremost the opportunity to turn a small working nucleus of a business into a fast growing case. Everything is set up to get started.
