We are currently looking for a highly motivated Junior Marketing Manager to support our Marketing team.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook;
  • Help define and implement our community building strategy (online and offline);
  • Content creation for blog and social media channels;
  • Develop fresh ideas for content and social media campaigns;
  • Analyse the results of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements and next steps;
  • Support with new product and feature launches alongside the product team; and
  • Market and competitor research.

The ideal candidate

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Communications or similar;
  • You have at least 2+ years experience in the industry;
  • You are a story teller and have experience with content ideation and writing (e.g. social media copy, performance copy, blog posts, etc.);
  • First experience in social media and community management (scheduling posts, analytics, engagement, etc.);
  • You are creative, bold and can clearly articulate concepts and solutions;
  • You proactively prioritise, manage, take responsibility and complete multiple projects by their deadlines and with strong attention to detail;
  • Residence in Germany is a must; and
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German is a must.


  • SEO knowledge;
  • Experience for Fintech;
  • Understanding of B2B vs B2C social media strategies; and
  • Interest in topics around impact and sustainability.
