Your Responsibilities:


  • Develop and lead execution for SDIA’s marketing programs, overseeing campaigns to drive new active members through organic, earned, paid and partnership channels
  • Devise and implement testing, targeting, and segmentation to maximize membership conversion across all channels with an emphasis on email and social
  • Work with creative team to build an asset library for multivariate testing
  • Work within the communication team on social media best practices around organic distribution

Funnel Optimization

  • Optimize onsite acquisition and customer funnel, and ensure messaging consistency and brand voice across all channels
  • Translate audience data into insights reports around which communication teams can make more informed decisions


  • Optimize lifecycle strategy for nurturing free and paid subscribers, including improving welcome series, trigger campaigns around specific user behaviors, seasonal promotions and winback campaigns to re-engage dormant members
  • Implement gifting, referral and bulk buying strategy for brand evangelists

New Opportunities

  • Assist in growing events strategy
  • Develop sales tools, including sell sheets, collateral, and presentations as needed to support senior leadership with business development initiatives
  • Create a lead nurturing process and funnels to qualify inbound and cold leads for the Sales Team

Who Are You:

  • Digital native with at least two (2) years in a performance marketing role at a digital media or commerce company
  • Track record running successful B2B-facing email marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated success with paid, earned, owned and partnership marketing tactics
  • You have a facility with HubSpot/Google Analytics and other relevant analytics software to help us better measure and influence prospect and user behavior
  • Ability to extract actionable insights from raw data and the ability to clearly communicate what the data means to stakeholders with various levels of numeracy
  • Recognizably high-levels of emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively across departments, multiple vendors and partnering organizations for audience development efforts
  • Growing contact list of vendors and potential partners
  • Self-managing - particularly in a world with remote work - and comfortable in a culture of experimentation
