Head of Marketing (m/f/d)

FINVIA is a new category of fintech platform: building on the proven model of family offices, we use technology to help a broad audience of private individuals navigating through the financial industry and fulfilling their financial needs. Our mission is to offer top-tier investment services and products at the lowest possible cost and commitment.

About the position

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to drive the demand generation for our investment offer which is already entrusted with more than 2.5 billion EUR in client assets. As one of our first marketing hires, you will join our growth team and take over key responsibilities.

This position is based in our offices in Frankfurt or Berlin, or remote.

Tasks

• Grow and lead our marketing team
• Plan and execute all on- and offline marketing activities
• Run experiments to drive leads and build out our marketing engine
• Design, implement and analyze new campaigns and strategies
• Measure and report the performance of the marketing spending
• Work both independently and closely together with our sales and product teams

Requirements

• You're an ambitious, self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
• You can show that you reliably deliver growth in fintech or similar industries, either through at least 5 years of relevant experience or a strong track record
• You prefer figuring out the GTM engine in the early stages over optimizing large budgets
• Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of marketing and website analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Strong drive to succeed with an attitude towards action and fast iteration
• Passion for great storytelling, design and branding
