Global Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

YOUR MISSION

As a Global Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d) , you will be responsible for overseeing quantilope’s digital marketing strategy.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work with our marketing teams in both the US and Germany and manage a digital marketing agency to successfully execute all digital campaigns, such as a website agency to optimize quantilope’s website.

• You implement, track and optimize the digital touch points within quantilope’s various marketing campaigns.
• You manage a digital marketing agency to properly execute digital projects and initiatives across the US and Germany.
• You have an on-going awareness and are the go-to expert for all on-going digital campaigns and the digital needs across the different teams within marketing.
• You adapt and align quantilope’s marketing messaging into digital ads.
• You develop and implement strategies to increase email subscriber lists.
• You analyze digital data to draw recommendations to optimize quantilope’s website.
• You manage quantilope’s website agency to implement any updates/changes to the site.
• You monitor digital marketing KPIs and the ROI of digital marketing investments.
• You negotiate digital marketing and advertising contracts.
• Staying current on new and emerging developments/opportunities in the digital marketing world (with a focus on B2B/SaaS Marketing).

YOUR PROFILE

• You have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing. Preferably, experience managing a digital marketing agency.
• You are experienced with Google Ads, Paid Social, Search Console and Google Analytics.
• You have experience with search engine optimization, lead generation and email marketing.
• Your project management skills are very strong.
• You have great communication skills (fluent in English and German).
• You have a strong sense of interpersonal collaboration across team members, departments and offices.
• You are experienced working with content & CRM systems (i.e. HubSpot).
• You understand website metrics and best practices.
• You are located in Europe and are happy to visit our Hamburg office throughout the year.
