As a Demand Generation Manager at Demodesk, you will be a key member of our ambitious and international team of marketers. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment and help us building global B2B marketing disciplines from the ground up. You will mostly be responsible for generating and converting qualified leads, and ultimately impacting revenue. You'll build omnichannel strategies that target various stakeholders across the full marketing funnel, A/B test advertising campaigns, manage valuable partnerships, and build a robust analytics framework to constantly iterate and improve our results. You will work closely with our revenue team to ensure we're aligned and hitting our growth goals.


  • Performance marketing: Responsible for creating brand awareness through PPC advertising channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) and optimize our channels to fill our marketing funnel.
  • Omnichannel campaigns: Coordinate with sales on current needs, and launch account-based strategies to target key stakeholders across the entire funnel. You'll
  • Marketing automation: You'll build campaigns and workflows to nurture and convert qualified leads, and you'll work closely with RevOps to ensure data quality and proper lead handoff.
  • Partner marketing: You'll identify strategic partners and communities to work with in order to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Data Analysis: Through everything you do, you'll build a robust analytics framework to measure, test, and refine our strategies to improve results.

Your Profile

  • 2+ years experience in Marketing or Demand Gen in B2B SaaS, preferably in Sales Tech
  • Excellent writing skills, with experience creating B2B content and collateral
  • You love data, and have experience converting customer and market data into relevant insights
  • Extensive experience in developing effective marketing campaigns
  • Project Management skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong passion for software, technology and demand generation
  • BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
  • Perfect written and spoken English skills
