parcelLab is growing fast internationally and we are searching for highly motivated and talented individuals to join us. We are currently looking for a full-time Growth Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role can be remote within the UK or Germany.

You'll shape the growth strategy, helping define new ways of acquiring customers and devising opportunities for optimisation on an on-going basis. Furthermore, you'll conceptualise, build, and execute growth initiatives focused on increasing acquisition and engagement, all the while optimising our paid media budget and performance against targets. And on top of all that, you'll have the room to design new growth acquisition experiments that you'll test and trial

What you can expect:

  • Collaborating with the team on all growth initiatives, identifying with data and experiences what works where, in which market and why
  • Define and deliver a full end-to-end process of IQL/ MQL / SQL (and back if needed) syncing both ways
  • Managing integrations between all platforms so we have clarity and full overview of our efforts – ensure there is clear hand-off on all stages: HubSpot – SalesForce – Zapier and other tools
  • Responsible for Account-based marketing execution, ip targeting, project management, reporting & tracking
  • Creatively integrate existing efforts on brand building and content into your growth strategy
  • Contribute to improving our online presence (eg reviews, community) to optimise our impact
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices and monitor competitors' growth activities and other innovative approaches
  • Responsible for managing and optimising all our paid media activity
  • Work alongside other teams in the business to: ensure our sales team are attracting the right quality leads – Lead Scoring Process and aiding our content team in executing, tracking, reviewing and optimising all nurtures
  • Establish a robust inbound lead generation engine that runs well-planned, synchronised campaigns leveraging multiple channels
  • Report weekly progress in easy-to-read, executive style dashboards, along with plans to fix gaps between actual against targeted leads value

What you need to succeed:

  • Extensive growth experience working in similar e-commerce tech driven environment
  • You have successfully managed paid social and PPC campaigns in high growth tech environments
  • You already have ideas on to support acquiring our next 5k, 10k, and 20k customers
  • You have a strong inclination to “execute, measure, improve, optimise”
  • You are a self-starter who has already built Growth frameworks from the ground up
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident of using Excel or Sheets daily
  • Successfully implement and maintain marketing automation tool
  • Being open to self-analysis and feedback. You’ll have learning and development as an integral part of your DNA. You learn from failure and accept mistakes as a natural part of the journey
  • Able to plan and manage at both strategic and operational level
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Know your way around budgets and managing and reporting against them
  • You are a go-getter who does not need to wait to be told what to do
  • You bring an innate curiosity and ability to think creatively, with the right balance of strategic thinking
  • You have a strong desire to contribute to the success of parcelLab


  • Approximately 3+ years’ experience in a Growth Marketing role.
  • Proven experience delivering business growth through performance marketing
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Native or bilingual in German or French
