Tomorrows Education develops a new and innovative, challenge based learning platform to educate and empower the change makers for tomorrow. Students learn by applying their knowledge to real-life challenges and interacting with world-class educators, mentors and partners from all around the world. We will start our first cohort for the Professional Master in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Technology in early 2021. Tomorrows Education is a remote first startup, founded by serial entrepreneurs. The vision is to unlock the power of students to become leaders for a sustainable future.


As a CRM Manager (m/f/d) your goal is to develop and execute plans to attract, convert, support and retain students for tomorrow's education. You will be managing all outreach and nurture email campaigns to help us build the first cohort of students and then keep them engaged throughout the program. You will also be working to create nurture campaigns for key stakeholders in the platform (mentors, partners, advisors). You’ll be working alongside the founders, take responsibility from the first day, support the founders and carry out your own projects.


  • Develop and implement a CRM strategy to nurture lead generation for our programs
  • Oversee and improve relationships with enrolled students within our CRM tools
  • Create and execute email marketing content
  • Identify relevant user segments and address customers in a targeted manner
  • Integrate automation tools and platforms into CRM and build automation workflows
  • Monitor, measure and optimize CRM KPIs from attraction to retention to being an Alumni
  • Collaborate across all areas


  • You have a minimum of 3 years work experience in online marketing and customer relationship management achieving measurable results
  • You are living our core values of curiosity, compassion & grit
  • You have a high energy level, eager to learn, technically minded, data driven and you enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of email marketing & CRM tools.
  • Skills and drive to push projects ahead independently
  • You are good at communicating and have a strong hands-on mentality.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (German is a plus)
