As a Social Media & Influencer Manager you will join our Marketing & Communications Team, work closely with our Junior Social Media & Influencer Manager for international markets and report to our Team Lead Brand. You are the ambassador for all influencer collaborations and manage our social media campaigns, including individual platform campaigns, aligned with our brand strategy and vision and supporting key business initiatives. How you help us

  • You create our social media strategy in order to ensure engagement with our target audience.
  • Content, you are not only posting it or sharing it! You’ll create it. You are responsible to brief other teams, external agencies or autonomously create content that resonates with our audience.
  • You pro-actively interact with our community and engage with other relevant accounts eg. real time marketing approach.
  • You are measuring, analyzing, and reporting channel performance on a monthly, quarterly, and campaign-specific basis.
  • You are generating and analysing social insights that you gather in order to improve our services.
  • Overseeing daily social operations including posting content, asset, and content management, monitoring comments, reviews, and approvals.
  • You create and roll out our influencer strategy.
  • You reach out to potential influencers, establish relationships with them and negotiate contracts
  • You oversee the entire influencer process, incl. external/ internal liaising with all relevant teams, project management, overseeing finances and reporting the campaigns.

Who you are

  • You already gained 2-3 years of experience in social media and content creation, for B2C.
  • You are a social media native. You know all about all social channels, especially Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok and Youtube.
  • You are a team player through and through who likes new challenges and responsibilities.
  • You are speaking German on a native level and are fluent in English.
  • You are equally creative & analytical.
