Corel’s global B2B Marketing Operations Team is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager with expertise in Adobe’s Marketo Engage platform. Corel serves more than 90 million knowledge workers every day with software to empower creativity, productivity, and security.

This role will be a power user of marketing automation and CRM systems. This is a hands-on role that involves problem-solving and working with talented and diverse marketing, sales and CRM team members on projects to meet customer needs. The successful candidate is an expert practitioner of B2B Marketing Operations processes.

In addition to our Austin, Ottawa, Frankfurt offices, we are open to remote candidates who can work Eastern Standard / Central European Hours and have a year of success working remotely with a distributed team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns and programs that drive engagement, conversion and ultimately revenue
  • Work closely with external marketing automation agency on projects as needed
  • Hands-on development and execution of journey-based marketing campaigns including assets, segmentation, list management, campaign flow, email, landing page and form creation, testing, tracking and finally reporting in Marketo/Salesforce.
  • Create and analyze reports to show program and campaign effectiveness, lead acquisition, and conversion through throughout the lead lifecycle share these reports and meet with stakeholders on a regular basis to share progress and opportunities for campaign improvement and execution efficiency
  • Manage the email marketing schedule for 3 product brands and report progress and results
  • Monitor, track and report on email campaign results and optimize for performance (CTR, open rates, engagement, A/B testing, deliverability) to maximize ROI and sales; present insights and recommendations for enhancements.
  • Understand and manage marketing programs from a technical point of view; partner with Marketo Administrator to monitor platform integrations, ensure data cleanliness and integrate with websites and other appropriate solutions
  • Support and create legally compliant data practices within marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Build and deploy programs to maintain database organization and integrity
  • Stay current with marketing automation best practices, industry standards and compliance

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years experience in marketing operations of a global company
  • Extensive experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Extensive experience in email marketing and confidence in creating advanced programs and pages
  • Experience with CRM and/or relational databases (Salesforce preferred)
  • Expert ability with MS Excel and strong HTML skills
  • Detail oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills and flexibility to multi-task across projects with varying deadlines
  • Project Management skills are an absolute plus
