Passionate to eat better, Infarm was founded in Berlin in 2013 by Osnat Michaeli and the brothers Erez and Guy Galonska. With the aim to share the goodness of own-grown produce with everyone, they developed a smart modular farming system using IoT technology that allows distribution of farms throughout the urban environment, growing fresh produce in any available space and fulfilling any market demand.

Who you are

In this role, you’ll be working with the Marketing team daily to support existing marketing projects as well as helping to develop the planning, budget, and implementation of new projects for the North American market. This person will be responsible for project coordination activities such as tracking milestones and deliverables, follow-up with partners/subject-matter-experts on assigned projects in support of the vision and goals of the Marketing Director - NA and long-term go-to-market strategy.

  • Support creative briefing, asset development, launching, managing and optimizing new campaigns across all channels (physical and digital)
  • Manage assigned projects including conceptualizing, strategy, creative development, program launch, measurement, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and marketing teams to develop, and manage relationships with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and ensure smooth executions that align with overall initiatives and timelines. This includes scheduling meetings, organizing agendas, and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Support the department’s initiatives with the planning, executing and tracking of marketing programs.
  • Develop, manage and maintain key marketing/campaign documents including launch/activation calendars, regional playbooks, presentations and best practice overviews.
  • Support and educate field teams with marketing best practice tools to help build a fleet of brand ambassadors.
  • Collect and analyze consumer data (web traffic/QR codes, etc.)
  • Engage in productive team discussion regarding our clients’ needs, market trends, and marketing best practices to strategize and communicate ideas.
  • Manage creative asset localization and deployment/installation process for the team.
  • Assist in marketing asset forecasting budgets and monitoring spend/volume pacing.
  • Assist in delivering campaign reporting in partnership with the analytics team.


  • Minimum Education: Associate degree in Marketing, Photography, Design/Art, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communicator, able to gain the respect of the team
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
  • Analyze issues that affect the project
  • Skilled with Google platforms and willing to learn project management tools
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Results oriented and well organized
  • Must be curious, fun and calm under pressure
  • Support multiple projects at once
  • Potential travel
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to drive on behalf of the company in own, rented or company car
