We are looking for an enthusiastic and idea-driven candidate, for a paid marketing summer internship position. The role is a great mix of content creation, marketing, communications, user experience and data analysis skills.Interns will leave the internship with practical skills and project management experience needed in a variety of customer facing roles (in fields such as marketing, customer success, customer service, business development, etc.).

What you will be working on:

  • Internet marketing strategies. You will help develop, manage, and schedule compelling content across all social media channels to drive engagement, brand awareness and reach across all channels.
  • Customer relationships. You will help implement creative ways to improve the Prisma customer experience and outreach campaigns.
  • Data analysis and reporting. You will learn how to effectively and efficiently process large amounts of user data, create automated workflows and summarise user insights and learnings. You'll also compile data points about competitors’ online activities to provide recommendations on how to improve Prisma's strategies.


  • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, and able to write clear, concise, and engaging text (C1 or above English level)
  • Have a great "can do" attitude, with lots of enthusiasm and proactivity
  • Excellent attention to detail, with highly developed problem-solving and organisation skills
  • A collaborative and feedback driven mindset
  • Interested in working in a fast-growing, dynamic start-up environment as part of a close team
  • Experience and skills in working across all digital and social media channels, using effectively online based tools to collect or distribute information
  • For the sake of maintaining an effective working relationship, we are only hiring remote employees in EU timezones UTC+0 to UTC+4

What is the process like?

It is our intention to follow the process below for this position (although you could expect some exceptions when necessary):

  1. Introductory call with someone from our People Team
  2. First Interview with the Senior Customer Success Manager
  3. Homework Challenge (with compensation)
  4. Second interview with a Developer Advocate
  5. Offer

Remote Work

We are a remote-first organisation with an office based in Berlin, Germany. Whether you would like to work remotely, or from the office in Berlin is up to you! We are open to discussing relocation assistance if you would like to join us in Berlin.

That being said, for the sake of maintaining an effective working relationship, we are restricted to hiring remote employees from a timezone band ranging from UTC +0 to UTC+4.
