We recently raised 57€ million through a partnership with a global growth equity firm and are seeking a Head of Performance Marketing with experience scaling affiliate marketing and paid acquisition programs across multiple channels—particularly on search, social, video and display, ideally globally—managing substantial monthly spend. You will lead a current team of five which is growing; and collaborate closely with our creative, content, CRM, data and product teams to identify opportunities, prioritize, structure experiments, and drive improvements throughout the acquisition funnel.This position is based in Berlin or working remotely and requires a working proficiency in English.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the performance marketing strategy and for leading your team to grow student acquisition while maintaining or improving unit economics in our key markets (United States, DACH, and France) and beyond.
