As Head of Marketing (m/f/d), you will lead our growing marketing team.

We are looking for a forward-thinking, analytically minded and strategic marketer, who will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies that contribute to the growth of Sastrify.

Your Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited To

  • Building a high performing marketing team and ensuring effective coordination with other teams.
  • Designing, planning and executing effective marketing campaigns & implementing metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Creating content strategies based on the business objectives and audience segments through all channels.
  • Building brand awareness and generating innovative ideas to promote our product with the goal of becoming the market leader in Europe.
  • Spotting growth opportunities and supporting the marketing team with data-informed insights. 


  • Significant Marketing (5+ years) and Leadership Experience (2+ years), ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
  • You are a strong leader who has built, scaled and led high performing marketing teams.
  • You have extensive knowledge across marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing.
  • You love numbers and understand data. Therefore, your decisions are always data-informed and you are eager to empower the team with new perspectives and strategic insights.
  • You are highly structured and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You care about business value and people in addition to technical excellence.
  • You are a great communicator who can easily explain ideas and engage people.
  • You believe in continuous learning and improvement and consider mistakes as a part of achieving great results.
  • You are comfortable working remotely (we don't have an office).
