Your challenges

  • Grow sales on demand side for apps and website of ZP brands
  • Grow the acquisition channels to reduce facebook dependencies (tiktok, instagram, pinterest, snapchat, youtube, google, craigslist, reddit etc).
  • Define the landing page and crm strategy to increase activation
  • Define social media and influencer strategy for acquisition purposes
  • Design, monitor, and execute growth experiments 
  • Collaborate on design, creation, and delivery of creative content with a focus on digital channels and collateral. Monitor branding consistency across all channels
  • Build analyses, insights, and recommendations to maximize customer acquisition and minimize CAC 
  • Manage the PR and communications strategy to support customer engagement and acquisition
  • Develop a strategy to provide leads to inbound/outbound sales and chat sales
  • Developing roadmaps for: A/B experiments with data-driven hypotheses, channel optimization, creative testing, landing page optimization, and audience expansion across channels to ensure performance targets are me 

How you can inspire us

  • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Experience with facebook, google, pinterest, ticktok, affiliate marketing, twitter, linkedin, craiglist
  • Experience with automation and revenue based marketing.
  • Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data-driven analyses to drive key decision
  • Motivated, dynamic, creative, and results-oriented
  • Experience in the esoteric industry and with marketplaces
  • A deep understanding of marketing and sales principles 
  • Excellent judgment, strategic thinker, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial
  • Fluent English + second language (German, Spanish, French or Portuguese
