We are in a growth spurt - in order to support our marketing team and to reach the next level of growth, we are looking for a CRM & Email marketing Rockstar! And this is where you come in! Your mission is to design the strategy to provide our customers with relevant and inspiring CRM content and increase the relevancy of your email and app activities to bring your channels to the next level.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Understand the business and customer needs & expectations
  • Define and implement CRM and emailing strategy
  • Target group definition for each market
  • Hands-on execution and continuous optimization of all email and app retention marketing campaigns
  • Conduct continuous A/B tests and deep dives into customer data to develop insights on how to improve retention and loyalty
  • Provide on-going reporting, campaign insights and success to stakeholders

Your profile

Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree ideally in business analytics or business administration
  • You are passionate about data and customer analysis (statistical courses are a plus)
  • You bring experience of at least 3 years in CRM channels (functionalities & automation), emailing, A/B testing and campaign analysis
  • You can easily put yourself in the shoes of your customers and on that basis generate ideas for relevant and inspiring content.
  • You have worked in an agile working environment
  • You are passionate about the topic of education
  • Fluent in English (German, Spanish or French are a plus)

  • You have an eye for details and are continuously questioning the status quo
  • You have worked in a very data driven environment and have a strong analytical mindset
  • You have a continuous learning philosophy with hands on working attitude
  • You have a beautiful, heartwarming story to tell why you care so much about teachers, education and students!
